"Hi, I have spent my entire career within the property industry. Starting off as an apprentice I eventually worked my way up to running my own subcontractor firm that worked for many of the large national house builders in the UK. Some of my projects involved supermarket stores, new homes and we were also involved in the building of the Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay.

Having experienced purchasing and selling property, being a landlord myself and working within a busy letting agency I have experienced many facets of the property industry. It is this experience that I intend to bring to this fresh approach to how an Estate Agent can be."

"Hi, I have been involved in the property industry since the age of 18. My journey began as a landlord when I decided to invest in property while working as an electrical engineer. Since that initial dip of the toe into the industry I have been a tenant, a property investor, a landlord, an estate agent and a letting agent.

My focus over recent years has been the building of our family business namely The Landlords Letting Company. I am really excited about the launch of this new estate agency as I feel it will offer something different to the market, not only because of the services levels it offers but by the way in which they intend to be delivered."

"Hi,
Selling and buying a house can be stressful and I’m here to help things go smoothly. For over two years I have been working within the estate agency world, with a special interest in progressing sales through to completion. Conscious that this part of the process is demanding and emotional for our clients, I work closely and in partnership with all stake-holders to get things done smoothly, efficiently and on time. After all, conveyancing, surveys and such can be stressful.

I have spent over a decade working with young people and teachers within the school environment. I have an empathetic approach that provides support to our estate agency clients as well as skills. Relationships are everything in business and I’ve always worked hard to forge bonds with work colleagues and clients. That degree of partnership helps to get things done.

Working at an estate agent like 3EA gives me the chance to spread my wings and work in a way that’s comfortable and aligned with the company’s values. Being the Senior Sales Progressor at 3EA is a perfect way to use my organisational, persistence and partnership approaches to working with everyone involved in getting a purchase completion over the line.

In summary, I’m here to help."
